      Job Purpose

      To process a large volume of customer and homebuyers occupied warranty requests while providing the highest quality level of customer service. This individual should be able to multi-task while maintaining a professional, positive attitude in this deadline driven environment.

      Primary Duties & Responsibilities

      • Provide positive customer service support to customers and homeowners via phone and email for the range of services and products our company provides.
      • Process customer occupied warranty requests received via phone, inbox or builder scheduling software.
      • Process internal occupied service requests received via phone, email or process monitor generated by WBS Field Department.
      • Schedule inspections with homeowners, assess routine warranty issues, and follow all service requests through to completion.
      • Follow up on pending inspection results with the WBS Field team.
      • Construct custom quotes for services and request the necessary purchase orders from the customer prior to services being rendered.
      • Work closely with WBS Field Warranty Managers and WBS Claims Dept. to confirm the ongoing status and completion of occupied services.
      • Follow up with homeowners to ensure that everything has been done for the homebuyer to provide a ‘Yes’ to the Would You Recommend WBS surveys.
      • Stay up to date with product knowledge.

      Qualifications & Required Skills

      • High School Diploma or equivalent required
      • College Degree Preferred
      • 1-2 years Customer Service Experience Preferred
      • Experience in related field a plus
      • Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills
      • Detail oriented and effectively multi-task
      • Possess problem solving and analytical skills
      • Good time management skills
      • Ability to handle high phone and email volume
      • Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Applications
      • Willingness to learn knowledge of all of the products WBS has to offer
      • Willingness to learn multiple account processes
      • Perform general administration tasks such as: Email & phone communication, document preparation and filing

      • Full-time position- 40 hour per week
      • Some overtime may be required
