      Job Purpose

      To act as the internal customer service point of contact for one or more existing accounts. This individual should be able to multi-task while maintaining a professional, positive attitude in this deadline driven environment. This individual will work closely with the Order Processing Specialist, builders and internal departments.

      Primary Duties & Responsibilities

      • The Customer Relations Specialist should refer to their account process sheet(s) daily and stay up-to-date with any changes made through our Implementations department.
      • The CRS should be the direct point of contact internally and externally to promote lasting relationships.
      • The CRS must verify all final selections and change orders for all internal orders and communication of all scheduling.
      • Confirm products are ordered and lead-times are met
      • Handle status inquiries and follow up on all requests by customers
      • Manage Need PO List
      • Schedule inspections with homeowners, assessing routine warranty claims, and following all service requests through to completion.
      • Develop Customer Relationships
        • Be able to handle all concerns and complaints to 100% satisfaction or elevate to appropriate corresponding departments
        • Be professional and provide a positive attitude at all times
        • Should have proper phone and email etiquette.
        • Attend builder meetings if the opportunity presents itself.
      • Perform general administration tasks
        • Email, document preparation, phone, filing
      • The CRS should attend meetings which include:
        • Model Home Meetings
        • Internal-Account meetings
      • Stay up to date with product knowledge.
      • Cross-trained on Order Processing Specialist Role
      • Have a working knowledge of:
        • How to run the builder’s software applications efficiently.
        • Enter phone, fax or email orders into database management system

      Qualifications & Required Skills

      • High School Diploma or equivalent required
      • College Degree Preferred
      • 1-2 years Customer Service Experience Preferred
      • Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills
      • Ability to pay close attention to detail
      • Must work efficiently and effectively both independently and as a team
      • Good time management skills
      • Ability to operate well under the pressure of a deadline
      • Possess problem solving and analytical skills
      • Comfortable performing basic math calculations
      • Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Applications
